This is a resend of Tuesday's email, intended for people who haven't yet opened that or have subscribed since it was sent. If that's not you, and this is a duplicate, hit Reply and let me know; I'll make sure you don't keep getting duplicates!
In this email:

  • I'm a worksheet person!
  • Whoa, MailChimp!
  • Updates on All The Things™!
  • Cover reveal!

Happy Tuesday evening!

I had such good intentions of emailing every Tuesday morning, and here I am, three weeks in and already screwing it up, LOL. At least it's still Tuesday!

In my defense, I'm late because I was up literally all night (until 8 am!), making worksheets for this month's session of Newsletter Ninja - Advanced.

Some people are worksheet people, and some are not. I am worksheet people. (It me!) I love me a good worksheet.

Now that I've typed that word four times, it looks like gibberish—worksheet worksheet worksheet blerksheet blerksheet—but seriously, get a load of these bad boys:

(If you have taken either of the Ninja courses in the past and you're thinking "Hey, wait, I didn't get any dang worksheets!" — just hold on. Your time is coming, friend. We'll be in touch soon with your login for the fully updated (and fully worksheeted (blerksheeted!)) version.)

In other news, it looks like MailChimp is about to get even crummier than they already have been (my apologies to satisfied MailChimp users (*crickets*)).

David Gaughran predicted this was coming (and I'm sure he wasn't the only one), so it's not a surprise exactly, but Intuit is not exactly beloved by all for their excellent customer service and easy-to-use interfaces, so... 😬

Perhaps this is a good time to remind you that Mailerlite, ActiveCampaign, and ConvertKit are all excellent options? (And yes, those are all affiliate links.)

If you want to make the move but are in no mood to do it yourself, hit Reply and let me know. I can maybe point you to someone who can do it for you without breaking the bank.

Updates on All The Things™:

All The Things™ (snazzy new tool, primitive version of snazzy new tool, list cookie, course improvements, new Ninja books, and even a few things I didn't mention but will soon), are still moving along, but I'm at that frustrating stage where every step forward is, like, a micron of progress. Argh! Can't wait to drop some awesome stuff on you.

Speaking of which, this is probably not the first of the awesome things I will drop on you (I think I'm gonna have a worksheet (blerksheet!) in a week or two, just as a little gift for the whole list), but I did promise you a cover reveal, so.... you guys. Get yourselves ready. Gird your loins, or whatever.

Selves ready?

Loins girded?

*...drumrolllllllll .....*

😍 😍 😍 😍 😍

See, I know y'all were like "a non-fiction cover reveal? Wow, I can't wait to see how stupid that'll be."

But you were wrong! Best cover reveal ever.

Good gravy, you guys. That cookie. I cannot even with that COOKIE.

(And I assure you, that is in fact a chocolate chip cookie. There will be no sneaky "oatmeal raisin trying to fool you" situation here. We don't play that way at Newsletter Ninja.)

So yeah, that's the next book. No release date, but, you know ... Soon. Not this month, but definitely soon.

Later skaters,
Tammi
